Please Note : Changes to the Nurses Registration process for overseas applicants

As from 1 July 2009 overseas trained nurses applying for registration in all States and Territories of Australia are required to undertake an English language test.

Please check with the nursing board in your intended state for registration details. You can find the nursing board websites on our useful links section.

These changes will mean it takes longer for your registration application to be approved so apply early and don't book your travel until you are sure your registration will be granted.
